Return & Refund Policy
We want you to absolutely love the clothing you purchase from us. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your orders, we are more than happy to assist you in any way we can.
Please ensure the items are in a saleable condition, with labels intact and in their original packaging if you need to return them. They should be unwashed and complete. To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the products.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Masks, undergarments, and accessories cannot be returned.
- Items must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging within 2 days of receipt.
- Returns will be rejected if the labels or garments have been tampered with.
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, it must be returned within 2 days.
- Original barcodes, IDs, labels, and packaging must be present on the product and brand packaging. Quality Check will deny returns if any of these elements are missing or altered.
- Multiple products from the same order can be returned.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. Please allow (5-7) five to seven days for iconicstyles to process the refund.
