PROCESSING ORDER
At iconicstyles, we strive to process all orders promptly, usually within two to three (2-3) business days. Following processing, your order will be delivered within a timeframe of three to eight (3-8) days . It's important to note that weekends and holidays are not considered shipping or delivery days in our schedule.
In instances of exceptionally high order volumes, there might be slight delays in shipments. To account for any unexpected delays, we allocate an additional day for delivery. Rest assured, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, our team will promptly reach out to you via email or phone to keep you informed.
Once your order is dispatched, we take utmost care in packaging, iconicstyles cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim directly with the delivery company.
CANCELLATION
Please submit your cancellation request before the product leaves our warehouse if you wish to cancel your order. Please note that orders placed for special occasions such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day, and similar events organized by iconicstyles's marketing team are non-cancellable. These events often feature limited-time offers or shared-cost models, making cancellations unfeasible.
However, in the event that the product you receive is damaged, defective, or of incorrect measurements, we are more than happy to arrange a replacement for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to assist you throughout your shopping experience.
